Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
D&B Finance Analytics is one of a few financial tools we use to help us set up accounts and establish a responsible credit limit for our customers. I am very pleased that it works well with the Bectran application system we use and many improvements have been made since I began using it in 2018. A single search often returns the results I am looking for and the advanced search option helps, as well. If there's ever more information I need, I can submit a request and receive a response with a quick turnaround. This helps us streamline the process and make informed decisions that are in the best interest of both our customers and our own company.

We have been able to safely take on more risk with the confidence that D&B has helped us look into the history of the businesses that want to create accounts with us.
As everything is virtual, I am able to quickly search and save files to my computer. This has saved us so much time that would otherwise be dedicated to investigating and reaching out to other businesses and the paperwork waste has significantly decreased.
We use this together with NACM and reaching out to bank and trade references through Bectran. Combined, we get a good look into an account's history.
