Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
D&B Finance Analytics is one of a few financial tools we use to help us set up accounts and establish a responsible credit limit for our customers. I am very pleased that it works well with the Bectran application system we use and many improvements have been made since I began using it in 2018. A single search often returns the results I am looking for and the advanced search option helps, as well. If there's ever more information I need, I can submit a request and receive a response with a quick turnaround. This helps us streamline the process and make informed decisions that are in the best interest of both our customers and our own company.

- I wish there were an option to print application info and D&B reports together in a single file.
- We've been able to use D&B to establish if we can safely extend more credit, which translates to more sales.
We use this together with NACM and reaching out to bank and trade references through Bectran. Combined, we get a good look into an account's history.
