Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

As a credit manager, I utilize D&B Finance Analytics to research potential customers, set credit limits on new accounts, and evaluate and track trends of current customers. It takes so much guess work out of my day and allows me to be more informed. I find it much quicker and more reliable than trade references.

We take on much less risk due to being fully informed on whether the customer will be a financial liability. We're able to see if a customer is trending upward or downward and cater a more aggressive receiving approach to ensure we arent left with bad debt that could have been avoided.
It is such a simple process to log in and create alerts for customers. I receive daily emails with any and all updates I need to be aware of. I am able to get caught up on all pertinent information within minutes of starting my day.
My account manager touches base with me every couple of months to make sure things are going smoothly. She fast tracks any support questions I have and takes great care of us.

It's an invaluable tool for a credit manager. They provide reliable and current data so that I can make well informed decisions based on factors such as annual sales, payment history, and trending scales. Easy to read data with color coding gives a quick overall feel, then Im able to dive in further for more analysis.
