Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
We use it to analyze current and prospective customers' credit. The process involves some preliminary research and vetting of the information provided to our team, and we utilize many of the features in the analytics.
- Risk Ratings.
- Current Financial presentation.
- Entity accuracy (are we looking up the correct entity).
- Breakdown of analytics is pretty generic.
- Ease of use in the initial review took some time to get used to.
- Implementation and training was basically non existent.
- Breakeven ROI was reasonably attainable.
- we have held our DSO flat.
- Making smarter decisions on what terms to offer customers.
I don't know that we have used these features.
It was easy, but not particularly well executed.
