Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
We use [Dialpad Talk] in the Customer Service department for inbound & outbound calls. Only business problem is transferring calls to extensions not utilizing Dialpad.

- A little more 'Dialpad for Dummies' built in to screens
- Better training
- Easier return to call screen for ending calls

- CSR on phone time records
- Dialpad Talk has caused our CSR team to be proactive in improvement on customer relations and call transferring / message taking
- The implementation of Dialpad Talk has greatly increased the quality of call handling by our team
