Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox is a great and easy solution for us to do file sharing with our clients. We find it's easiest when we just want to share one-off things and aren't using it to version or collaborate long-term relationships. For those, we use SPO as an organization, but Dropbox is much easier/quicker to get something shared.
- Ease of use for large deliverables or batches of creative assets.
- Syncing from the desktop app or plugin isn't seamless.
- Increased efficiency with its quick ability to create an account, upload a file, and ship it off to someone.
- Box and MS SharePoint
Dropbox is like the "box" platform. But from an organizational side, we've made it complicated to add collaborators to The Box and MS SharePoint. So Dropbox is still a preferred method if I'm sharing something one-off or something quick with someone.
