Overall Satisfaction with Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo

Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, is used by my organization as a security software when accessing applications and data sources connected through the whole organization. We use it with its two-factor authentication system across multiple devices using an authenticator app to allow access through multiple devices. This tool or application is used by our whole organization, solves a security issue, and provides data protection.

Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo's overall usability is pretty high because we can use it to protect all of our sensitive information and it would make a security breach nearly impossible if an individual's account is set up properly; however, I did take points off because I personally do not agree with the ability to not save devices or recognize multiple logins, which can be a bit of a hindrance.
Due to the worldwide pandemic we are facing, Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, is very helpful because it helped us get through all the remote logins and access that we needed to go through. We benefitted from it because it helped prevent many users who are not as experienced using web-based applications from having their personal data breached.
The support for Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, is pretty good. I have not had any issues personally; however, I have heard from the IT department about the quick responses we received and ability to give access to multiple users without a delay in service and have had no real major connectivity issues.
Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, hasn't helped us with very many issues, but one time I believe we had an issue with usernames that were very similar were one individual was receiving the notifications for another individual's account. So one individual was unable to access their account. We immediately contacted them and they corrected the mixup with out any hesitation.
Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo stacks up against the competition pretty well. I would say it is probably the most secure system that I have used personally; however, the level of security may be too high in some aspects, as I log in multiple days and I need to keep requesting access every day and it can be tedious at times.
Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, is useful and very appropriate for keeping users who do not need access to other individuals personal information out. It has multi-layer security levels and has a lot hoops to go through. This extra level of security can be a hindrance at times because when you access for multiple days, it does not save the user or even the device.
