Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software

EMS is being using throughout the organization for a variety of services. I manage the Conference Services side.
  • Canned reports
  • Outlook integration
  • Book works pretty well for administrators
  • The event view in the book need to show the Everyday User
  • Tech support always says “it will be fixed in the next upgrade” but it never is
  • Report delivery has been problematic for us
  • Users are not that happy
I was not involved in testing other service.
We’ve added other services pretty easily.
I’m not involved in this.
EMS is best suited for concierge service. Less suited for self help.
