Overall Satisfaction with Engagedly

Engagedly helps everyone to understand what the company's current OKRs are. Its simple and intuitive interface makes it easy for all members of the organization to build their own while making sure it's aligned with the top-level OKRs. It's been really helpful in making sure all initiatives are contributing to the overall goal of the organization.

Engagedly is well suited to a large organization that's trying to make sure everyone's informed of the overall OKRs and have every individual or department align their goals to it. In a medium- to large-sized business, it's easy for employees to get lost in the doing without really advancing the company's goals. Engagedly makes sure that doesn't happen by keeping everyone informed and aligned.

Perhaps Engagedly won't be suited for a smaller-scale organization that's just starting things up.
