Overall Satisfaction with Epicor CMS

We currently use CMS as our main ERP system that manages and integrates our company's financials, supply chain, operations, commerce, reporting, and manufacturing.

We have more control over the backend of CMS and the fact it runs on a 5250 emulator it run a lot faster for data entry.

QAD, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Prophix, Freshservice, monday.com, Microsoft Teams, HPE Nimble Storage
CMS takes time to learn and use the menu driven green screen. However, once you are familiar it makes for fast navigation.
Support is getting better but can still be slow to respond.
CMS is well suited for automotive manufacturing businesses.
