EveryAction is utilized across our whole organization. We use it to maintain our donor directory, communicate with our community, create online actions for our webpage, and maintain our organization's database overall. Mostly, it helps us remain engaged with our donors and eliminates the need for paper sign-up sheets at events.

Activist and source-code management/use - it's difficult to manage codes already in use and I still don't quite understand them.
Correcting information or links in a targeted email. You almost have to be a code writer to understand the mistake and how to fix it.

Implementation Rating

It was easy to get started with EveryAction. We seamlessly moved our database from another platform to EveryAction. It was difficult to understand at first, only because we were switching from one platform to another. Once I began to use EveryAction on a regular basis it became easier and easier. Everything is straightforward and there is assistance for whatever issue you face.

Reliability and Availability

I haven't experienced any availability issues with EveryAction.

Performance

The more we use EveryAction, the more we will see improvements in our organization. At this time, it has improved our goal of being more interactive with donors by creating easy-to-use forms for our website. These forms help us gather information and register our donors for events throughout the year, without repeating too much of the same information.

EveryAction is great for donor management and engagement. You can create easy-to-use forms quickly and post them anywhere, be it your webpage, social media, or even in an email. All you need is the link! If you know how to write code, that would be a bonus, but not necessary. I've only been using it for about a year and it has decreased my office work significantly; it does the hard work for you. I highly recommend this platform if you have several people you would like to manage and keep in contact with on a regular basis.
