Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

We use EveryAction, Online Actions, and Targeted Email. We use the tool for data analytics, email coding for advocacy, GOTV, fundraising, etc., digital campaign setup, email automation, and beyond. We use it primarily in our data and digital departments. We rely on EveryAction primarily to deploy any and all of our digital campaigns. EveryAction's report manager tool is very helpful to us as well.
  • Email automations are easy to set up and intuitive to navigate.
  • The report manager tool gives us robust analytics and is very helpful for report outs.
  • Online actions is great for setting up any and all forms.
  • Getting help from the ticketing help system--it can take a long time to get a response.
  • I'd be interested to see more email templates available for us to use or take inspiration from.
  • The log-out times for EveryAction can be frustrating, especially when you get logged out in the middle of building a campaign and you lose information.
  • Growing our open rates above 20%.
  • Time saved significantly from having to code email templates from scratch.

I don't have any specific key insights as they relate to the implementation of EveryAction. However, generally speaking, our team has enjoyed the updates that EveryAction has come out with and implementation has been a breeze for us. EveryAction is a tool that is easy to train new members on and we've been able to maintain and even grow our audience base through the use of EveryAction.
I give EveryAction's availability a seven out of ten because I've been frustrated in the past when I've been unduly logged out of the application in the middle of building a campaign. I've received log-out error messages in the middle of building an email campaign, for example. I understand that this is a security precaution but would love to see some improvement in this department to help curb workflow disruptions.
We don't use EveryAction as our primary fundraising tool. We do, however, rely heavily on EveryAction's advocacy features. We enjoy how specific advocacy targeting can get with the platform and how you can pinpoint advocacy targets on federal, state, local, and individual levels. The advocacy feature may be one of EveryActions' biggest assets.

EveryAction is just more accessible and intuitive to navigate. It is straightforward, easily embedded on our site, and easy for our new team members to familiarize themselves with the platform. Especially for the advocacy and form-building features, EveryAction has been the best tool our team has used thus far. We enjoy using EveryAction and will likely continue to do so.
EveryAction is great for progressive political organizations that wish to deploy digital campaigns to their audience, grow their audience reach, and keep the audience engaged. The tool is very intuitive to use and I've seen updates to the platform that has made the tool even easier for someone without a technical background to build campaigns. Anything in the realm of email, form submission, reporting, and automation is very well done.
