We use Exclaimer to help maintain a professional email signature across all our platforms and all our users. We also use it to disseminate marketing.
  • Cross-platform signature management
  • User picture integration with Microsoft 365 would be great
  • Exclaimer has accomplished exactly what we needed. Staff does not need to worry about their emails appearing professional and management can trust that their standards for communication formatting are being met.
It could be a little bit easier to design with the various tools.
We have several different email signature packages dependent on the department our staff are in.

It is best suited for creating and managing a signature that is appended to emails where the company desires a uniform, professional design and messaging control. If a company wants to offer more liberty in signatures, it is probably not the best choice.
