Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

Signatures, especially used to automate consistency amongst all, and make consistent announcements through them. If different people are using different signatures, recipients can potentially think emails from your organization are spam or phishing emails. Exclaimer helps to prevent that.
  • signatures
  • automation
  • prevents being classified as a spam email by providing consistency
  • choosing where to place the signature
  • having an opt out of including signature option for all users
  • Being able to have certain individuals have slightly different signatures vs being grouped together.
  • increased consistency
  • time saved on signatures automated
  • ROI can be directly related to revenue if emails are not being classified as spam or phishing, due to the benefits of consistency in signatures and appearance!
It has brought consistency to our organization. Beforehand, it was possible different people had completely different signature appearances. This can result in recipients thinking emails were spam or phishing if the signatures from our org looked different! This can have a direct effect on revenue and continued correspondence, and brand establishing.

Yes

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Exclaimer again?

Yes

Well suited for ensuring consistency and not having different people with differing signatures.
Where it is not suitable is for user to configure when the signature is added, and where. I see room for improvement being on calendar invites... I like having meeting information BELOW the signature so they see my personalized message, then signature, then meeting invite info. If signature shows at bottom, then it's not as easy to sift through the message part of the email and who it is from.

Using Exclaimer

Simple to implement for all employees. Also like that reply signatures can be slightly modified to be more concise vs the original email signature. This makes it simple to read through a thread, and shortens the overall thread, while still knowing who the sender was throughout the thread. With a few settings, we can automate how signatures and reply signatures appear across the organization!
