Overall Satisfaction with F5 BIG-IP
We use it to access our internal VPN with everybody working from home now. It's utilized a lot. The user base is pretty much everybody who gets to work from home. Previously we had another option that involved opening a browser and we had to keep the browser open and sometimes that would cause problems if you accidentally closed it. By using the F5 BIG-IP, we don't have that issue. You just open it, it's easy to access and you minimize it and go about your day.
- It's just very quick. There's just one step that you have to provide or select the certificate that you're using and the rest it just starts up and goes on on its own.
- It used to be that I didn't have to click on the certificate on my pip. I'm not sure whether that has something to do with how it is set up at my organization, but it would be easier not to have to do that.
- I wouldn't be able to answer that because I'm an end user.
