It starts with availability. So we have this distributed system and the LTM, the BIG-IP can support that and also the security layer. It provides protection upon our APIs, which is something that's really great for us.

Pros and Cons

API security, it's a frictionless solution. So we don't need to make a lot of changes in the environment. So that's something that's really important for us.

I think the policy configuration that had some improvements on the ASM word things, improvements may be on the signatures that would be good because it's a little bit confusing on the ASL, how they are updated and deployed, and this staging. So that's something that could be.

Return on Investment

Not only internally but our clients. We have a lot of healthcare and government insurance companies. For example, taking insurance, they must be 24 by seven, and this availability layer they add with F5. So it's clearly you can see the return on the investments.

I think when it comes to web application protection, this is the way to go. I think if the organization is small, one would not be a good fit, but for most organizations, because it's a cloud-native solution, it's a good solution for web protection.
