Month end Sanity Saver.

We use FloQast to help manage our close across four countries. We have seven entities and 11 users. When we started using the tool, we loved how easy it was to transition our existing recons from Google docs on the system, our users love it, and as a controller, I love how easily I can see where we are at any time in the close. It's also super easy to assign tasks and recons to other team members when I see a backlog occurring or if someone is out. The biggest bonus for me, though, is that with the sync to our ERP system, I know that if a recon goes out after it has been signed off that I will receive a notification and can act on that instead of constantly checking and re-checking balances against my TB. This has been great for my peace of mind and sanity in general during those critical close days.

FloQasts Remind has significantly cut down on our manual requests for required documents. The new "inbox" view means it is much easier to check the responses and process accruals accordingly.

Being able to add our auditors to FloQast to find the reconciliations and items in our permanent file has drastically cut down the fieldwork hours and saved us in our final audit fee bill.
