Overall Satisfaction with Forcepoint CASB

The solution helps us in monitoring shadow IT, monitoring BYOD environments usage of Office 365, identify risky user, identify data loss points and integrate with DLP.
  • Integration with Forcepoint DLP.
  • Excellent in monitoring shadow IT.
  • Cloud Monitoring can be conducted.
  • UEBA is excellent.
  • Syncing with local DLP solution is a problem.
  • API integration with Traditional Siem solution.
  • Does not provide granularity in UEBA.
  • The monitoring of Critical data is a huge boost.
  • Byod solution for integration with API is nice.
  • Cloud UEBA.
We found its integration with our DLP a major plus point, commercial viability, ease of use where major deciding factors, apart from that we conducted a detailed POC of the product.

Microsoft Azure, Arcsight Enterprise Security Manager (formerly HP Arcsight), Symphony SummitAI, Forescout CounterACT, Aruba ClearPass, Dell EMC Avamar
The platform is really good but needs a lot of customization and effort. Need to build an AI platform that will help in customizations.
The expertise is highly lacking in the implementation side.
It is a fantastic solution but needs some customization. The automization and AI features will be a huge boost if implemented.
