Overall Satisfaction with Glassbox

Use it to analyze interactions with multiple websites we manage.
We use Glassbox to try and identify any opportunities to improve on user experience design and fix any outlaying problems with the page designs.

Adobe Analytics is more accurate with data but doesn't have the capabilities like Glassbox (interaction map, session replays, etc.) so we have to cross check data to ensure the information is accurate.

Yes

It is awesome at identifying the exposure of a page and watching session replays.

The interaction map would be better if it was more consistent with results (page css not loading, etc.)
