Google for Jobs is a good platform to search for open jobs and post jobs.
- Help connect your job post to users.
- Allows you to have a broader data base.
- Keeps you up to date on what is moving in the staffing world.

They all have their advantages and disadvantages. Google Jobs has a farther reach than other products because of the Google database. Almost everyone in the United States uses the Google platform on a daily basis, or at least weekly and it's the first place where anyone would look for a job or any job search information.
