Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

GoTo Meeting is one of the options we use for video conferencing with clients and potential clients. Because our client base spans multiple departments and industries, we actually use multiple video conferencing software in order to match what the client prefers. It is being used primarily by the client-facing, external teams (sales, marketing, customer success, customer support, [etc.]).

I prefer to use Zoom, as it seems to be more widely adopted by my industry. Matching up technologies is one of the first hurdles when trying to sell in a virtual environment. Also, Zoom seems to have more application integrations that can be added to its suite. We use an industry app for virtual conferences and trade shows that will only work on the Zoom platform.

GoTo Meeting is well suited for any client who prefers that system. While most video conferencing tools seem the same, they do have their own uniquenesses. Also, GoTo Meeting does seem to have more privacy and data security features which I also enjoy, as it gives the client or potential client more peace of mind when sharing. I gave it less than a 10 because when it comes to speed of launch, ease of accessing, and mobility, there are better options out there.
