Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC
Some of our employees work completely remotely accessing the company server through GoToMyPC. Some of us use it to check-in after hours. The reliability and speed of the connection have always been exceptional. Couldn't complain at all.
- Connection speed was always good.
- Reliability. We rarely had an occasion where GoToMyPc didn't connect.
- Customer support has always been prompt and thorough.
- At about $500 per year per PC it is expensive.
- While on customer visits, our customers were quite impressed that we were quickly able to access our server and get the answers they needed
- We were able to get some of our crucial SW developed through programmers abroad because of this connection.
The decision was taken so long ago that I don't remember the process now. I think we went by a programmers' recommendation.
