Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used by the sales team to connect our customer communications to Salesforce. It is useful to connect emails, calls, and other outreach forms. Currently, the sales team uses it most although there is an interest in expanding this to our operations team as well for ongoing communications and management.

Groove is well suited to offer a consistent and organized approach to documenting and analyzing customer emails. For us, it has been critical for these sales interactions. I would not find this platform as relevant for non-sales engagement, such as internal emails or vendor relations.
