Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to automate sales campaigns and track responses and open rates from targeted prospects. Being able to see how many times a prospect opens an email has largely impacted our ability to be more targeted and proactive in our continued outreach to each prospect and better understand what messaging is resonating effectively.

  • Lacks content management to track when a link to a marketing asset has been forwarded to other folks within the prospect's organization.
  • I find it hard to search for emails not directly associated with a campaign contact.
  • I have noticed an uptick in the quality and quantity of leads generated.
  • Saves me a lot of time by eliminating manual work efforts.
  • It provides easy quick access to customer info so I am more informed as I get someone on the call through a single UI.
HubSpot stacks up nicely against Groove and they provide the content management and tracking capability I would like to see in Groove. They also have a mobile app. I did not get to use Sales Loft as that was solely for our BDR reps, but our BDRs do like Groove better from what I have heard.
They have been very responsive to our needs and they were available every step of the way as we were going through the evaluation process as a team.

I find Groove to be well suited for your day to day email, automated logging of communication in SFDC, and launching of new sales campaigns.
