Overall Satisfaction with Grow.com
Grow is our main business intelligence tool, used for data analysis, analytics and dashboards. We use it to report on macro and micro business data points such as sales performance and marketing trends. It is also used to communicate out data and analytics to the company. Overall it is a great tool and I would highly recommend.
- Provide easy to read and filter metrics
- Easy to connect to CRMs and other tools
- Quick adaption
- Formatting dashboards can be annoying with trying to get all the metrics in one page view
- Unable to move the order of reports when creating datasets
- Limit on how much data you can put in
- Made it so much easier and faster to access data across tools
- Lessened the time exporting and uploading data to excel/sheets for analysis
- Made data and metrics more easily accessible to others in our orgs
Grow is above and beyond using Google Sheets for data analysis. There really is no comparison to the ability to access, analyze and report on data in Grow versus in Google Sheets. The metrics are also great, the graphs are easily created and understandable. They are also easily filterable by other users which reduces the time that I have to spend formatting metrics for other departments.
