Overall Satisfaction with Hatchbuck

We use Hatchbuck as our company CRM and it is being utilized by our entire company. It has fixed follow up issues.
  • Email Campaigns and Tracking- We can send out as many emails as we like and be able to track the end user.
  • Reports- Simple and easy to understand.

We made the decision to purchase hatchbuck back in November and couldn't be happier with the product! We are able to manage all aspects of the customer experience and can do it from any computer in any country in the world. This is a great product for any small to medium size business!!!
