Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

- Hibob is our main HRIS system
- It enables us to have one main source of truth for how we store our teams data and helps to streamline our processes.
- We are a dispersed team with remote workers, so the Task Lists & Flows really help to ensure the process is being completed and everyone is aligned to where we are at in the process.

  • I think there could be better scope with the Slack integrations, for example with the Talent Function, could it trigger a message via slack so people are notified to complete feedback, rather than doing this via email.

  • Hibob has streamlined a lot of our processes. We are able to sync our ATS & Payroll tools through Hibob as well which takes out a lot of work as well.

Hibob is really easy to implement across the business and very easy to get users engaged. The system is really easy to navigate and there are some useful integrations.

The support team are always fast to respond to my questions and to tell me about new features, or what they are developing in the near future. I've found some of the blogs really helpful.
