We use Hive for task and project management. It helps us to optimize the processes by working in collaboration with other teams. Each team can track the pending activities and complete the departmental tasks

- Navigation on the platform can be more simple as some of the functions are difficult to configure
- Some Automated workflow processes needs monitoring as these tasks are sometimes incomplete
- Hive has provided positive ROI, increasing our effectiveness by almost 40%
- New projects can be planned and completed within stipulated time reducing the total time involved in project completion
