Overall Satisfaction with Hoxhunt Gamified Phishing Training

I am an end-user. We use Hoxhunt Gamified Phishing Training to simulate phishing attacks and spam and allow employees to demonstrate how they would react to emails asking them to give up personal or sensitive information, or emails that guide them to click malicious or misleading links. As a large company with many end-users, it is great to get exposure to attacks that other business units might see.
  • Simulated attacks
  • Awareness maintenance
  • Vigilance
  • Needs to be more end-user specific
  • Needs to be more frequent to reflect reality of attacks
  • Simulated phishing
  • End-user feedback
  • Vigilance verification
  • I imagine it has prevented quite a few social engineering attacks!
  • Does cause people to potentially take phishing emails less seriously (for example if one is mistaken for a training email)

Do you think Hoxhunt delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Hoxhunt's feature set?

Yes

Did Hoxhunt live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Hoxhunt go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Hoxhunt again?

Yes

This is appropriate for any position that uses email (this is almost every position, these days). All employees with email access are attack vectors for malicious actors; keeping them informed and vigilant is of paramount importance. It may be less appropriate for completely closed (i.e. air-gapped) systems separated from the wider internet.
