Overall Satisfaction with Hubdoc

Used to process receipts and invoices for expenses and purchases.
  • Scans invoice number, amounts.
  • Performance issues because of Xero integration.
  • Site crashes before invoices are configured and published to Xero.
  • Cost us time trying to set up, no response from Hubdoc when reporting issues.
  • Negative - has cost us time (weeks) trying to set up and still is not working.
Still haven't had a response after reporting our problems 3 business days ago.

Did implementation of Hubdoc go as expected?

Would you buy Hubdoc again?

We can see value if it was quick to load Xero data, allow edits when configuring, then publishing. Unfortunately it's not worked yet.
