Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Hubspot CRM is great! It organizes our leads, gives us great analytics and provides industry best advice/best practice. We use it to track our business development, pipeline and current customers. It supports us in leading the buyer through the sales process, closing them and getting additional introductions. No complaints so far!

- I can log LinkedIn messages, but they disappear. I can search for them, but they don't show up easily.
- Wish I could get more analytics on all emails, not just marketing or sequence emails.
- The app is terrible. I can't search anything on it. Wish I could utilize that better.
