Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Account demographics, contact info, notes on current account activity, establishing sales goals, and tracking. Using the mobile app to track calls, appointments, and emails, as well as setting up future tasks for completion. Record keeping of all activities with the account.

  • Tracking interactions between representative and account.
  • Setting up future tasks and reminders.
  • Tracking of progress of sales and activity.
  • Ease of attaching multiple file types within interface.
  • Show all contacts related to a company by email address list.
  • I estimate a 5% growth attributable to visibility gained from mgmt perspective.
  • Company has grown almost 20% in previous two years.
  • Sales rep production has increased 5%.
It is very organized and flexible, so it is at least as good as previous CRMs. It isn't very open-looking, as in a page-by-page on-screen display of all demographics, but you can still conduct a search on any group or category.

What it does well: Account demographics, contact info, notes on current account activity, establishing sales goals and tracking. Using the mobile app to track calls, appointments, and emails, as well as setting up future tasks for completion. Record keeping of all activities with the account. I'd prefer a note made in a company list or under a contact's name to be shown under the company listing regardless of being composed in the contact record.
