Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
Although I was not on the initial meetings, I came in just after they decided to enroll in your company. I sent in the file for set up & went through the training, which was great. I set up our employees on the website. I also entered the dollars at each payroll. We use QuickBooks Desktop and can't import the data so having to enter everything. I wish the file we downloaded would only have the employees enrolled in the plan and not ALL the employees in the company.
- Customer Service, Whenever I have contacted our account Manager, she is very quick to respond.
- When entering the contribution amounts, The file I download, has ALL our employees on it, rather than only the employees enrolled in the program.
- Wish QuickBooks Desktop would import the data rather then me entering it.
- It's a great addition to our benefit package.
Their software only had the employees listed that was enrolled in the plan.
