It solves CRM issues; it helps with organizing the company corporate existence. It merges data management of Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales etc. enabling easier decision making by stakeholders.

Well in business intelligence and reporting, the cloud is helpful with its SQL query functionalities., scalability and data secuirity.
Its flawless. the only fault noticed is when internet is down from the client side
