Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Media's Video Streaming
We use it to record and stream funeral services. This service allows family and friends who are unable to attend the service to still be part of it, no matter where they are. Some times, the venue is not large enough so it is streamed to an off site building.
- Technical support is excellent
- The software is very easy to configure
- The quality of the stream is excellent
- There is minimal delay between the upload and download
- New users are not able to personalize their site address
The backup process is great as it has allowed us to remote in from off site to retrieve a recorded event allowing the post production team access for editing.
