Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the software across the organization as our recruiting tool. Talent acquisition is obviously the heavier user of it. This software helps streamline the hiring process and maintain compliance.

Pros and Cons

Streamlines the applicant experience.
Simplifies the screen process of applicants.
Interacts with our HRIS to automate the new hire process.
Coordinates the onboarding processes.

Job templates can be simplified. All ATS have this problem.

Return on Investment

We have reduced the headcount in our Talent Acquisitions department and continued to hire at or above the same level. The system has allowed us to streamline the process and implement some RPA.

Usability

Easy to configure and use with little training.

We have had a great experience with the software. Using the software we hired 700 associates in three months as we expanded into a new market. The system made it easy for people to apply, get screened, get selected, and ultimately onboard with little to no hiccups.
