Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud
iCIMS is used as our Applicant Tracking system. We post open jobs to our career board through iCIMS and complete preboarding and onboarding paperwork through the system. iCIMS addresses both recruitment and onboarding solutions for our organization. iCIMS is specifically being used by our HR department, however we would like to see our hiring leaders become more involved with the system to allow them to access resumes and have more direct involvement when hiring for their teams.
Pros
- Storing candidate profile and applications.
- Sending out onboarding materials.
- Providing recruitment metrics for AAP purposes.
Cons
- Interview scheduling- being able to send two separate emails (one to manager and one to candidate) from the same pop up window.
- Improved candidate experience - moved away from paper applications/onboarding paperwork with implementation of iCIMS in 2018.
- Improved applicant tracking, created reportable data to be able to provide to executive leadership.
- Saved incredible amounts of paper we previously used to use through the recruitment cycle.
The recruitment function within ADP was extremely clunky when we had previously used this platform from 2016-2018. iCIMS user friendly, clean, professional system was a huge improvement and led to a much better candidate and recruiter experience.
