Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud
iCIMS is used as our Applicant Tracking system. We post open jobs to our career board through iCIMS and complete preboarding and onboarding paperwork through the system. iCIMS addresses both recruitment and onboarding solutions for our organization. iCIMS is specifically being used by our HR department, however we would like to see our hiring leaders become more involved with the system to allow them to access resumes and have more direct involvement when hiring for their teams.

The recruitment function within ADP was extremely clunky when we had previously used this platform from 2016-2018. iCIMS user friendly, clean, professional system was a huge improvement and led to a much better candidate and recruiter experience.
I receive timely feedback from the iCIMS team when submitting tickets on a regular basis. I specifically have had great experiences with the iCIMS implementation team.

For those who have used Applicant tracking systems before, iCIMS is an easy transition. For those who are new to recruitment, there is definitely a learning curve before being completely versed in the system.
Well suited for storing applicant resumes and information. Easily can search your iCIMS database for passive candidates which is helpful in order to have a proactive recruitment strategy.
