Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
We specifically used this hiring event to recruit as many candidates as we could to fill a training class of Customer Service Representatives in a call center.
- Allows you to easily join meeting and see candidate
- Waiting room to interview room transition seemed easy
- I liked the yes, no, maybe feature
- I would have liked to be in the room first then let them in
- The contact information listed if the resume is not attached. Many candidates were unsure why their resume wasn't there. So had to confirm with them over the phone
- Time slots I believe weren't set up which made candidates upset if they didn't get a call the first day.
- It would be nice if there was a feature that candidates' info could be turned into an excel file to make it easier to enter them into our ATS after the event. That took a lot of time
- I think we did have a lot more no's than yeses. We had interviewed 69 and submitted 8 I believe to interview with the client
- I was able to interview 15 candidates in 1 day, that is a record for me
