Overall Satisfaction with Infor ERP
The hospital uses Infor ERP as a recruitment tool for tracking applications, generating reports, sending message templates and automated responses, and other uses in many departments. Infor ERP helps recruiters, managers, and others in human resources to track candidate progress, look back at previous applicants, share data, and review qualifications for roles within the organization.

- I believe, when using infor for recruitment, candidates should be able to upload documents required for the position. In my experience, Infor does not allow us to specify this.
In my opinion, Infor ERP lacks in a lot of customizable features and navigation through the system. I believe If you are using this for the recruitment process in your organization, the system is very slow to navigate, does not accommodate for high volume of applicants, and you can experience a lot of issues with communication between systems. In my opinion, Infor ERP does not collect or transmit data easily between other systems, even when integrated.
