Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft

  • Automates your follow up system.
  • Allows you to track where every lead is coming from.
  • Can be set up to cross-sell your various products and services.
  • Fully integrates with multiple landing pages and websites.
  • Has a client billing module built into the higher end ecommerce edition.
  • Can be used as a tool to educate your new clients and answer their frequently asked questions.
  • Can identify new leads and pass them on to your sales team in real time.
  • Does not have a great dashboard system. In fact, we ended up creating our own.
  • Takes some getting used to if your staff is not technically inclined.
  • Requires a fair amount of set up work.
  • We have doubled our revenues each of the last 3 years and I directly attribute Infusionsoft to helping us achieve that!

We used salesforce for about 5 yrs before switching to Infusionsoft.

Infusionsoft Implementation

If you do this by yourself it will likely take you 6-9 months to get it entirely set up, unless you have a full-time dedicated person handling it. I recommend hiring a prof service company to implement it for you. They should be able to do it all in 90 days or less.

In the last 4 yrs we have achieved advanced expertise in Infusionsoft and we are now implementing a customized version of it for law firms.

It was very comprehensive, but a little too theoretical when we went through it.
No its not easy to learn without training. If you do the online training you will end up only using the basic parts of the system without fully utilizing the advanced features.

Infusionsoft Support

They are growing so fast sometimes it takes a while to get back to us. Also, they are not the small, friendly company they used to be. They have become much more corporate in the last 2 yrs--and not in a good way.
