- Displays information in easy to find places.
- Has very few glitches or problems.
- There are a lot of different applications that also make it easier to keep track of your own work.
- It's pretty easy to use and find the information for each individual contact and to send automated emails and add notes
- I can find people in the system quickly if I have any part of their information
