Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly only in the sales department. We use it to collect all our customer details and synchronize with our Google account. We use it to save all the details of our commercial meetings, phone calls or research. We also use it to create tasks and reminders about to dos related to commercial activity.
- Because it allows you to check customer history very easily
- Because it allows you to have constant reminders about activities to be done regarding sales
- Because it supports you connecting different contacts and selecting them by personalized categories
- Sometimes, when I add a note or a task, the software is not immediately updated and, even the new activity is saved, I can not see it on the monitor
- Sometimes syncronization gives some errors
- Improved efficiency
Yes I definitely improved my efficiency both in saving and storing information and in reviewing information. Maybe it can be time consuming to fill in all the critical information but, then, when you need them you have them all in a click from your laptop, your mobile or your tablet.
