Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use it across the whole organization in order to centralize our data base and contacts, to monitor and keep track of activities

  • Sometimes in the search box I can't find a name because I'm not in the contact tab. It would be useful if the search was more efficient.

User friendly
It is well suited when you have a big contact/data base, and you need to keep track of clients, activities, results, etc. It's less appropriate in a small company where there is not much activity and volume
