Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use insightly for lead management in the membership/sales office. Insightly is linked to our website, so when someone fills out a membership inquiry on our site, their information is loaded directly into Insightly for me to attach an activity set and then I can follow up. I also like how easy it is for me to reassign leads to my team for follow-up.
- Lead Management - easy to manage and follow-up on prospective sales clients.
- Team delegation - me and my team can work on the same person for follow-up as needed. If one person misses a due date for a task, another can follow-up on their behalf.
- Email sync - insightly easily syncs with my email for use of templates and conversations connected to each lead.
- I wish Insightly had automation in their emails. I would like to set templates up to automatically go out at a set time.
- It would be great if the Pipelines would automatically switch over to the next task in the pipeline versus me having to go in and do it manually.
- Increased Sales
We have have increased our sales with Insightly. Following up on leads is crucial to our success, and although our previous system of Google Calendar and Excel was somewhat effective, it did not generate the results needed for what we defined as our level of success. Insightly has helped automate the process to where leads are not "falling through the cracks" and people are coming into our facility to join.
