Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We have multiple offices around the country and we use Insightly to keep records of our client's contact info for national accounts and roofing proposals. We are able to add multiple users in order to maintain an active "team" environment even from states away. We can also assist other members in our team if the need arises without having to wait for contact info, we can just log onto Insightly and see everyone's contacts.
- Managing accounts across the nation. We have a lot of national accounts and can easily keep track of what happening 5 states away by looking at Insightly. We can also log and track our current proposals that we've already submitted to clients by using Insightly.
- User interface is simple and easy to use! Nothing confusing about it.
- Revised pricing would be nice - people come and go, and the ability to flex the amount of our corporate users/pricing would be beneficial.
- Customer service is only online for Plus plans - which is unfortunate when you're looking to talk to a live person. Phone reps are available if you pay more for your subscription.
