Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly is used throughout our organization. We use it to track potential and current customers. It's a quick way to find a phone number or email address. We also use it to track jobs or projects throughout the year.
- Easy to find Clients. There are several different options for the search
- Finding email correspondence is helpful
- We don't like that the email address is part of the additional information now instead of where it used to be in the main info. Many of our clients are Homeowners so having to go to a contacts list is redundant. That change really hurt us. It's now harder to send emails with Insightly.
- It seems that Insightly is geared mainly for sales and not the work after the sale is made. It's possible we don't have our system set up correctly for this information. There are no resources available for this. Most are geared toward's sales.

- Streamlined business processes
We rely on Insightly for contact numbers. We are still finding our way through increased efficiency.
