Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use iSpring to both create and host all of our SCORM based training for internal use as well as our customer facing training. It's great because we can create the trainig and immediately upload to our LMS sites. We use both iSpring Learn and iSpring Market. Both work equally well.

Pros and Cons

customizable player options
easy upload to hosted sites
loads of options to customize the actual training

video control options are sometimes difficult to set up
too few pre built training options on the course library
third party options on the course library are difficult to set up

Return on Investment

nice to have the ability to create pay based learning in iSpring Market
one stop for all of our employees to get their required training
easy to track what employees have completed their training

Support Rating

The live support is really nice. The assistants are very responsive and the chat function works very well.
It is difficult to find answers sometimes on the boards and online for answers.
I do like being invited to live training sessions.

Alternatives Considered

Adobe Captivate

iSpring learn is WAY more simple to navigate and use than the rest of the options.
And the customer service is certainly much better.

We were able to migrate all of our pre existing internal training presentations over into the iSpring SCORM based options very easily. I haven't gotten the chance to schedule live training sessions yet, but I'm looking forward to doing so. I do wish that the reporting options were more accurate.
