Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro

We use Jamf Pro to manage our iOS devices in a factory environment. We are able to lock down settings and setup devices with ease. We also use it for our 100+ macOS devices.

I have used other MDMs like AirWatch and Intune. They don't have very good features like Jamf and are hard to deploy and setup. Jamf Pro is so easy to setup. AirWatch can do every device, but doesn't do any of them very well. Also AirWatch has the worst support and are not very helpful.
Support is great and friendly and always willing to help. I give them a 9 just since sometimes they are slow to respond and fix the issue.

I think if you have a lot of Apple devices you need Jamf Pro. I have used other MDMs and Jamf just blows them out of the water. The product works as expected and can be setup and forgotten about which is good. I have helped deploy Jamf for other companies from Law offices to Manufacturing and it works great in all.
