Overall Satisfaction with Jira Work Management (Jira Core)
This is mostly maintained by our product and engineering team as a way to organize meeting notes, documents, processes, etc. It helps keep everyone in sync, easily find information someone is looking for, and be accessible to everyone as they are in Jira and confluence already. It helps have things at your fingertips.

- The UI/UX can be overwhelming, especially for new employees.
- Training on both admin and user roles is challenging.
- Identifying everything that it has functionality to do.

It was the preferred tool for our engineers and product team so it was an easy decision to make.
