Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use jotform in order for our clients to fill out a trip request form, which we then use to send automated emails in order to help our guests plan their desired trip. We have jotform as a plugin in our website and it has been extremely helpful in gathering our guests data.

Usability

Jotform is fairly straightforward to use and any questions I had I was able to quickly resolve by a quick google which redirected me to their forum. Very easy to integrate to a website as well and any data in which you would like to collect is very easily accessible.

Likelihood to Recommend

From my experience if you have a website and are looking for a form in which you want to gather small amounts of user data in a fast and easy way, jotform is the way to go. I haven't run into any issues with the form that I have been using for said purpose and would highly recommend.
