Keap has been crucial to our organization's success and longevity, while allowing us to deliver mass amounts of personalized content at an astoundingly easy rate.

I use Keap in my organization mainly as a Customer Relationship Management and as a database for our prospects, referral partners, and active clients. It is a software that is essential to the daily operation of the business as well as the role I play at Credilife, which is primarily sales-oriented. We use FixYourFunnel as well, which is integrated with Keap and it makes it easy for me to make calls and texts that are automatically tracked and recorded which makes marketing very easy. It also is a database where every one of our leads or clients is in, and it directly addresses our need for information management.

A specific scenario based on my experience with Keap so far that it has really shone is during the onboarding process for our new clients. Whenever I process an enrollment, I am able to submit the proper information and submit a form that our intake team can access and see the necessary information in order to make the process as smooth as possible and save our team time and ultimately the consumer time as well.
